How Luma Bathroom collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with us.

Who we are
Luma Bathroom is a trading name of VIP Bathroom Solutions Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 11568115. Our registered office is 91 Park Court, Battersea Park Road, London SW11 4LE.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry or use the estimator, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address (optional), project location and a description of your project. From the estimator we also receive the options you selected and the indicative range shown to you.
With each enquiry we record the page it was sent from and, if you arrived through one of our campaigns, the campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source). This tells us which advertising works; it does not identify you.
To protect the forms from spam, your IP address is used to limit repeated submissions and is held for no longer than ten minutes. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a request comes from a person, and our hosting provider keeps routine security logs.
We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and reports page views in aggregate, without identifying you.
How we use it and why
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a call or site survey and prepare a proposal — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep the website and forms secure and free of spam — our legitimate interest in protecting our service.
- To keep records of projects we carry out, including accounts and guarantees — our legal obligations and legitimate interests.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing or automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries, and only as far as they need it: Cloudflare (hosting, security, spam protection and visit statistics) and the business tools we use to receive and manage enquiries. They act on our instructions. We may also share information with professional advisers or where the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted 12 months after our last contact with you. Records of projects we carry out are kept for six years after completion, for accounting, guarantee and legal purposes. Spam-protection data is deleted within ten minutes.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email info@vipbath.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
